As a sponsor, your contribution of $200 to the program will help cover the following:
· General operating cost (equipment, supplies, etc…)
· Liability Insurance for all teams
· Sponsors Tournament (Year end tournament) trophies and medals
As a sponsor, you are responsible for providing your team with uniforms consisting of a t-shirt for 12-14 players from a vendor of your choice. These t-shirts may have your company logo on the front and are required to have 6” numbers on the back. Please note, a first or last name can be placed on the shirt, but no nicknames. Please keep in mind, the shirts are the property of the sponsor and can be collected at the end of the season (unless otherwise directed by the sponsor). At your discretion, you may purchase any extra items you feel your team may need such as equipment, pants/shorts, hats, bags, tournament fees, ect. It is encouraged by the YSSA Board for our older teams to purchase their own equipment. Fundraising can also be done if a team chooses. This is mainly due to the number of outside tournaments many of the older teams get involved in.
Please send in your $200 payment to the league by May 31st.
