2026 Registration
Please note the following information about the 2026 season:
Registration
Registration will be open from December 31st, 2025 to April 1st, 2026. After April 1st, kids will be placed on teams that have availability.
Teams
All kids from last year will be placed on the same team they were last year unless if they age out or if approved by the board. Any kid requesting to be placed on a certain team will be added if there is room. Each team will have a maximum of 14 players.
Cost
Early Bird registration December 31st, 2025 - February 1st. 2026 is $80 per kid. After February 1st, 2026, the cost will be $100 per kid.
Payment
Once the credit card payment has been submitted it is final*
* We reserve the right to combine two age groups and also the possibility of having 16u and 18u be coed groups. If we still do not have enough players and have to cancel the season for the groups we will refund the registration costs minus $8.30. This covers the cost that we as a league have to pay to have online registration.
Scholarship
To qualify for a scholarship we will need to see proof of reduced lunches or Medicaid card. Please email this to sfyouthslowpitchsoftball@gmail.com. Do not submit your registration until you hear back from us, we will give you a coupon code to use during payment. Scholarships will be 50% of the full cost.

How to Register:
Create user account if you don't have one (parent/guardian)
You will have to confirm email address in your email.
Go back to the site and click on 'Add Family Member's on the right.
Select 'Add Child'
Fill out child's demographics and hit save. Only need to fill out fields with *
Your child will appear on the screen on your family members section and then you can register them.
If you uploaded a birth certificate last year you will not have to complete that again. If you did not upload a birth certificate last year, this will need to be completed before your kid can play.
